See the [official dataset](https://dataset.realsee.ai/) and [official repository and citation](https://github.com/realsee-developer/RealSee3D).\n\nThis derived dataset remains subject to the [Realsee3D Dataset Agreement](https://github.com/realsee-developer/RealSee3D/blob/main/docs/Realsee3D_Dataset_agreement.pdf). Non-commercial use only. Retain source attribution and the agreement, indicate modifications, and observe the source agreement's restrictions, including its prohibition on identifying property addresses or owners. No endorsement by Realsee is implied.\n\nChanges made: object/frame selection, derived masks, reconstruction, pose supervision, geometric filtering and portable packaging. Mesh previews are additionally generated for inspection. Synthetic RGB/depth are source observations, not real sensor captures.\n\nThe repository page is public. Download access uses automatic agreement acceptance to implement the source agreement's click-through requirement for substantial redistribution; no manual approval is needed.",
