This dataset is for source-attribution experiments in conversation histories.
The question behind each example is:

The dataset is generated from source tasks across seven environments. For each
seed task, the target model writes the conversation history. Then the 4th
assistant turn is either kept as target-generated or replaced with a response
from an injector model using the same conversation prefix.
