The signal was built from public ENCODE tracks (1,885 assays over GRCh38; accession per track in
`tracks.tsv` and in each segment's `metadata`). The ENCODE Consortium asks users of ENCODE data to

acknowledge the ENCODE Consortium and the production laboratories
(https://www.encodeproject.org/help/citing-encode). Please do so as well.
